• Your pick-up will be scheduled and will take place on a date and time slot of your choice.
• Before driver will arrive, we will contact you to let you know the driver is near.
• Consultant online will be keep in touch with you during pick-up.
• If you didn’t choose biometric skip service, you will be informed day before to visit Immigration Office.
• Process will take up to maximum time you choose in the form order.
• We can’t speed up the process, emergency withdraw cost 1 mil IDR.
  Please ask “faster” only when you really need it.
• After your visa extension process is completed, we will contact you and ask for your 2 hours free time slot and place of delivery.
• We will setup delivery of passport to the location on time you informed.
• You will get GPS tracking link of driver delivering your passport.
• During this 2 hours slot you have to be available online for our/driver contact.
• Only one attempt of delivery is included in the cost of extension process, please be available.
